Rebecca “Becca” Blais

Becca Blais received her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, where she focused on social impact entrepreneurship with a particular interest in climate issues. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Peace Studies from Notre Dame, where she was recognized as a 2017 Truman Scholar and served two terms as Student Body Vice President and then President.

Among Rebecca's most significant achievements are her efforts to implement a progressive Title IX policy at Notre Dame and her tenure as Executive Director at Bluebonnet Data, for which she and her co-founders were recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30. At Bluebonnet, she led initiatives that recruited and trained over 1,300 volunteer technologists, benefiting more than 500 civic organizations across 40+ states. Her leadership substantially advanced the organization's impact on data-driven political strategy.

Originally from New Smyrna Beach, FL, Rebecca enjoys cooking for friends, hiking, and reading a wide range of books, including fantasy, sci-fi, and historical fiction. She is also an enthusiastic traveler.
