Henry Ritter is a joint MBA/MEM candidate at Yale University’s School of Management and School of the Environment. He is interested in entrepreneurship, with a focus on mitigating climate change.
Henry graduated from Brown University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) with a degree in Economics. He also completed significant coursework in French, including studying abroad at the Sorbonne. While at Brown, Henry co-led The Brown Daily Herald, led Brown’s consulting group, and was a 7x intramural champion.
Henry began his career working on strategy at The New York Times, helping with their transition to a digital subscription business. He then went on to work in Google’s Ads business, doing a mixture of marketing and operations before transitioning to X (Google’s start-up incubator) to work on a grid decarbonization project, Tapestry. He currently serves as an Advisor to a climate-focused materials start-up, Adept Materials.
Henry grew up in Cambridge, MA and absolutely loves getting outdoors to hike. He enjoys satirical writing, watching stand-up comedy, and keeping up his French.
